This project is a collaboration between Umenoyado Sake Brewery and the Naramachi Calligraphy Salon “Tadaima.” By combining a tour of the brewery to learn about sake with a calligraphy experience, visitors can experience the traditional Japanese culture of “sake” and “calligraphy.” In addition, during the calligraphy experience, customers will have the opportunity to create their own original label, providing a special experience of creating a “one-of-a-kind sake.” Umenoyado Sake Brewery will be hosting various events under the theme of “#ExcitingBrewery” with the aim of providing customers with surprise and excitement through our sake. After the tour of the brewery, you can also sample Umenoyado Sake Brewery’s sake. For drivers and other non-drinking customers, we offer original non-alcoholic drinks. During the calligraphy experience, participants will write calligraphy that expresses their own sensibilities under the guidance of a calligrapher from the “Tadaima” calligraphy salon. By finishing their calligraphy on a product label, they will experience the joy of self-expression and craftsmanship at the same time. The completed “My Brand” bottle can be taken home as a souvenir or gift.
