Waseda University Advertising Research Group Press Release: October 16, 2025 [Mai Shinuchi, ZORN, and Yuchami to appear at a talk event at Waseda Festival] Organized by: Waseda University Advertising Research Association The three events will be held over two days at Waseda Festival. The events will focus on problem-solving. Former Nogizaka46 member Mai Shinuchi will be appearing at the Waseda Festival to be held at Waseda University on November 1st and 2nd, 2025. Rapper ZORN and talent Yuchami have been confirmed to appear at the talk event. The Waseda University Advertising Club is one of Waseda’s three major clubs, with
approximately 300 members. Its activities center on advertising production (video, graphics, etc.) for corporate clients, with students handling everything from planning to production. Every year, the association plans highly anticipated events at the Waseda Festival. Past events have included talks with celebrities such as Anmika, Nasukawa Tenshin, Lu Bu Karma, and Kaji Yuki, as well as live performances by go!go!vanillas and indigo la End. This year, the theme is “problem solving from an advertising perspective,” and students will be responsible for planning and running the event themselves. After graduating from Nogizaka46 in 2022, she joined Cent Force. She began working as a talent, announcer, and radio personality. Her major appearances include “All Night Nippon,” “Atami Murder Case,” “Tsuchida Teruyuki’s Sunday Navel,” and “Mai Shinuchi’s Welcome.” She primarily works on radio and television, appearing on numerous programs. ZORN (Zone) was born in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo in 1989. He began his career as a rapper in 2004 and has released numerous songs, albums, and EPs. His signature songs include “All My Homies,” “Family Circumstances,” and “My Life.” He also left Showa Records, where he was signed until 2019, to found his own label, All My Homies. Yu-chami (Yuna Furukawa) was born in Osaka Prefecture on September 8, 2001. In 2019, she became an exclusive model for the magazine “egg.” Since then, she has appeared as a model at “Tokyo Girls Collection” and “Kansai Collection,” and has also appeared on numerous television programs as a talent.
