In conjunction with this renovation, we have opened a new children’s book section, “Mirai-ya no Mori.” We offer a carefully selected selection of books to help expand your child’s intellectual curiosity. We have a space where you can take off your shoes and relax while selecting a book, providing a comfortable reading environment where parents and children can enjoy together. We’ve also newly introduced products related to the popular social games “Genshin Impact,” “Honkai Impact: Starrail,” and “Zenless Zone Zero,” enhancing the entertainment value of our sales floor. One of the highlights of the event will be the first-ever introduction of a candy section in collaboration with the hit children’s book series “The Mysterious Candy Shop Zeni-tendo” (written by Hiroshima Reiko, illustrated by jyajya, Kaiseisha). The first-ever “Mysterious Candy Store Zeni-Tendo” collaboration candy section in Japan has opened! Miraiya Bookstore Himeji River City Branch is collaborating with the children’s book series “The Mysterious Candy Shop Zenitendo” (written by Hiroshima Reiko, illustrated by jyajya, Kaiseisha), which has sold over 11 million copies worldwide and is extremely popular, especially among elementary school students. Miraiya Bookstore Himeji River City Branch will be the first bookstore in Japan to introduce a mysterious and exciting candy section just like the one featured in the book. The sales floor, which embodies the world of Zenitendo, a mysterious candy store that only the lucky few can find, will offer a wide selection of candy, from familiar, nostalgic snacks to unique snacks that will make you want to pick them up. This project was made possible by an enthusiastic offer from Miraiya Bookstore.
