Komono Town, Mie Prefecture Press Release: October 17, 2025 It will be held again this year! Cultural events to foster bonds among local residents will be held in five districts of Komono Town. From October to November 2025, events that make use of the unique characteristics of each district will be held in five districts of Komono Town. Every year, Komono Town hosts events in its five districts (Komono, Ugawahara, Takenaga, Asagami, and Chikusa) to deepen community ties and foster interaction. These events include exhibitions of local artwork, stage performances, and snack sales. This year’s events are scheduled to take place from October to November as follows. There are also some interesting events planned, such as a “Rice Brand Guessing” event in the Asagami district, so please come and visit! Chikusa area: October 19th (Sunday) 9:30-15:00 Ugawara area: October 19th (Sunday) 10:00-15:00 Takenaga district: October 26th (Sunday) 9:30-14:30 Asagami district: November 9th (Sunday) 10:00-15:00 Komono District: November 24th (Monday) 9:30-15:00 (In order of date and time)
