■A classic yet slightly deeper trip to Ureshino / Saga, Ureshino Onsen Edition In Ureshino, Saga Prefecture, we’re collaborating with Saga Television. Guided by a Saga TV director who knows Ureshino inside and out, we tour Ureshino Onsen town, one of Japan’s top three hot springs for beautiful skin. For breakfast, LiLiCo is delighted with the onsen tofu, which is simmered in hot spring water for an irresistible melt-in-your-mouth texture. Furthermore, we get to enjoy deeper spots that Ichimoto-san can’t reach, such as the tea fields where Ureshino tea, the pride of Ureshino city, grows, and puddings. The lodging this time is Oedo Onsen Monogatari Ureshinokan. After relaxing in the skin-beautifying hot spring water in the open-air bath, we enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet of local delicacies! Furthermore, Odai will create an arrangement recipe that combines local delicacies! What kind of dish will be created?! Stay tuned!

Here, we collaborated with “Hot Spring Shark,” a shark movie that LiLiCo is eager to star in. Odai and LiLiCo appear on “Hot Spring Shark.” We’ll also bring you footage of the filming on the show. The pair kick off their trip in high spirits, practicing for the scene where they’re eaten by a shark. Their first stop is “Hot Foot 105,” Japan’s longest footbath, measuring 105 meters in length and built in honour of Obama Onsen’s 105-degree water temperature. The steam rising from the baths is truly impressive! They also meet the owner of a restaurant that uses hot spring steam to create dishes, and savor dishes featuring the legendary potato “Dejima.” They also offer prayers to the “Meotogaki” (married persimmons) at Unzen Shrine, visit Unzen Jigoku, Unzen Jigoku, and the Unzen Ropeway, two of Unzen’s most famous tourist spots. And at their lodging, Oedo Onsen Monogatari Unzen Toyokan, they’ll also share some of Odai’s own recipes, following on from Ureshino!
