Assiette desserts inspired by the artwork will be sold exclusively at Salon de Mon Cher Nagoya Midland Square from Sunday, October 19, 2025 to Monday, February 23, 2026 (national holiday). When we first opened, we were disappointed by our sold-out orders, so we wanted to deliver as many rolls as possible to our customers. We saved the long, spiral-shaped dough and created the “Hitomaki Roll,” which is how the Dojima Roll began. We are grateful every day that we are able to deliver the Dojima Roll, beloved by countless people, to everyone thanks to the ingenuity and environmental considerations born from the close relationship between the cows and producers who contributed to its creation.
