GENDA Co., Ltd. Press Release: October 17, 2025 GENDA Acquires Karaoke Stores – Expanding Store Network Through Further Roll-Up M&A – Shin Corporation Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takashi Kataoka; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), a group company of GENDA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nori Kawaguchi; hereinafter referred to as “Shin Corporation”), has decided to acquire one karaoke facility (located at Chayama 1-chome, Jonan-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture) operated by Dream Hunt Co., Ltd.
(Headquarters: Miyaki-gun, Saga Prefecture; President and CEO: Katsuya Yamaguchi), which operates karaoke facility management businesses, on September 1, 2025. Shin Corporation is pleased to announce that it has concluded a transfer agreement for the facility’s assets and other fixed assets, as well as a lease agreement for the facility property. The store is scheduled to reopen as “Karaoke BanBan Chayama Store” on October 24, 2025, under the management of Shin Corporation. Image
