The “Japan University Women’s Ekiden Championship” is a dream stage that female university runners dedicate their entire youth to striving for. Ritsumeikan University, the reigning champion, is aiming for a consecutive victory. Meijo University, whose winning streak was ended last time, is vowing revenge. Daito Bunka University, with its super international students, is striving to become Japan’s best.
