[Pal System Association] Introducing a “Place to Relax” – Pre-orders now open for the November/December issue of the information magazine “Nonbiru”
Pal System Association Press Release: October 20, 2025 Pre-orders now open for the November/December issue of the information magazine “Nonbiru,” introducing “places to relax.” A community for those who want to talk to someone From Monday, October 20th, the Pal System Association will begin accepting orders for the November and December issues of “Nonbiru,” an information magazine focused on solving issues in local communities and daily life. The special feature will feature places where people can gather to have their worries and anxieties heard and to share them with others in the same situation. We encourage people to “try talking first” so they can realize they are not alone and feel even a little better. The sense of security of knowing there’s someone and a place to listen The November/December issue of “Nonbiru” features a special theme: “There’s a place to talk about your worries.” We’ll introduce a community where anyone can join and share the various challenges they face in life, lowering the barrier to seeking advice. The magazine introduces organizations such as “Wakuwaku Senior Singles,” a network of middle-aged and elderly single women who support each other; “Incurable Disease Cafe Amigo,” where people dealing with illness gather for casual conversation without specifying their illness; and “Life Support With,” which provides telephone consultations on a wide range of topics, including difficulties in living, mental health issues, and interpersonal relationships, and works together to find solutions. Articles summarize the activities and the impressions of people who have actually participated. The Itabashi Dog Club, based in Itabashi Ward, supports walking rescue dogs adopted from group homes for people with disabilities, as well as dogs owned by elderly people who find it difficult to take them for walks. Local residents who want to keep dogs but cannot, or who want to interact with them, cooperate as walking volunteers. This initiative creates connections in the community through interactions with dogs. Even if you’re not sure what your purpose or purpose for seeking advice is, talking to someone can help you sort out your feelings, gain an objective understanding of the problem, and discover clues to a solution. Having someone listen to you can also help relieve feelings of loneliness and anxiety, and have a soothing effect. Taking Action to Address Social Issues In the popular segment “Relaxed Interviews,” a film director appears, creating a documentary about four same-sex couples. She talks about the thoughts behind the film and her daily life as a parent with her partner. “Action for Tomorrow: People in Action” features graduate students working to address environmental and poverty issues. As climate change accelerates, she works with local residents to call for a halt to the construction of mega-solar power plants, which involve large-scale deforestation, and she is also developing a new model for forest conservation and regeneration. An information magazine that makes your “I wish this existed” a reality “Nonbiru” is a magazine that supports people who strive to live vibrantly and be true to themselves forever, help each other in times of need, and build communities. It highlights people who are facing diverse community challenges and introduces the rich connections they form through collaboration and mutual understanding. It provides tips for resolving everyday problems and information that can be used to build
friendships for people who want to help others. Register your order along with a delivery item to receive a bimonthly subscription to the magazine.
