The album title was inspired by American poet Sara Teasdale’s poem “There Will Come Soft Rains,” written after World War I. The poem depicts the power and permanence of nature as a response to the tragedy and destruction of war. Watch the music video for the album’s lead track, “Flores,” released today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CM7TBl0zzvM “Vendran Suaves “Lluvias” is a work I’ve been working on for the past few years. Some songs were created after the pandemic, others were written more recently. It’s a record of a journey of self-discovery and the strength to live. My goal was to transform inner suffering into hope and not lose sight of the light even in the midst of anger. I wanted this album to be a journey of joy and movement from the first song to the last. I wanted to convey strength and hope throughout the album. It tackles themes of heartbreak, relationship breakdowns, and loss with a touch of light humor, conveying the message that all things pass, and the only thing we can do is look forward and keep moving forward. I tried
self-producing and clearly expressed my musical vision. My musical world, a blend of diverse sounds including harp, orchestra, pedal steel, and trumpet, is a collage of sounds that saved my life. Choosing my own sounds freely was scary at first, but listening to my instincts led to the creation of a transparent and honest world. I hope that through this album you can feel “soft rain falling, and peace and joy coming.” ” – Silvana Estrada Silvana Estrada – Dime https://img.youtube.com/vi/yNszjqIDsIU/sddefault.jpg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNszjqIDsIU Release Information Silvana Estrada Album “Vendran Suaves “Lluvias” now available Streaming link: https://ffm.to/silvanavsl Label: Glassnote Music LLC

She primarily plays the Venezuelan cuatro guitar, whose small body and warm tone fit her hand perfectly and blend beautifully with her vocal intonation. Raised singing the traditional Mexican genre of Son Jarocho and Baroque choral music, she later studied jazz. She is a maverick who doesn’t follow trends, but instead sticks to her own poetic and personal style, bringing a breath of fresh air to the Latin music scene. Silvana says, “My music comes from me.” Silvana Estrada was named to the “Best of 2022” lists by NPR, The Guardian, The Needle Drop, Billboard, and SPIN, and won Best New Artist at the Latin Grammy Awards that same year. In 2025, she was selected as one of the “Fall’s Most Anticipated Albums: 10 Picks” by the New York Times, and her NPR Tiny Desk Concert, released on October 15, has generated significant buzz. ■Music Video: “Flores”
