Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Akira Watanabe) will be holding an exhibition of winning works from the SIGHTRON Japan Astrophotography Contest 2025 (cooperation: Monthly Astronomy Guide), which the company is hosting, at Sony Store Ginza from November 16th to November 23rd, 2025*. We will be exhibiting the top prize-winning works selected from over 300 submissions featuring “photographs with stars and celestial bodies as their main theme.” Please come and see the works that capture the beautiful starry sky and the mysteries of the universe. In addition, on the first day of the photo exhibition, November 16, 2025, the editorial department of the monthly magazine “Hoshi Navi” (AstroArts Inc.) will simultaneously hold a talk show titled “Astronomical Shows That Will Make You Look Up at the Sky in 2026.” They will explain notable astronomical shows occurring in 2026, such as a total lunar eclipse and meteor showers. Everyone, from those just starting out in astronomical observation to veterans, is sure to enjoy the event.
