Yokohama Arts Foundation Press release: October 21, 2025 To Members of the Press [Yokohama Minato Mirai Hall] A mini concert featuring performers from the pre-event for the 43rd Yokohama International Piano Concert will be held on Thursday, November 13th! There will also be an interview session for members of the press and media! “43rd Yokohama International Piano Concert” Pre-Event: Mini Concert by Performers (Held on Thursday, November 13, 2025) The Yokohama International Piano Concert was established in 1982 with the aim of discovering and widely showcasing promising talent from around the world. To date, approximately 200 up-and-coming pianists from around the world have performed. In advance of the main performance in the Main Hall on Sunday, November 16th, the pianists will step outside the hall and perform a “mini-concert” on Thursday, November 13th! This is your first opportunity to enjoy live performances by four pianists: San Jittakarn (Thailand), Jean-Paul Gasparyan (France), Jonas Aumiller (Germany), and Mitsuyuki Tadokoro Marcel (Japan/France). The performance will be held in an open area so that more customers can experience the charm of this performance.
