(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroaki Adachi; hereinafter “Visualize”) has acquired all shares of KOX Radio Inc., whose main business is operating live music venues, and has begun a joint venture with Pia Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroshi Yanai; hereinafter “Pia”), which has a proven track record in the hall and entertainment industry.
