Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasuhiro Fukuda), have been awarded the 2025 Good Design Award (sponsored by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion). The Pola Aoyama Building aims to create an environment where architecture, art, and landscape harmonize with each other. It also houses the relocated Tsuchiura Kameki Residence, a Tokyo Tangible Cultural Property (structure) and one of the most significant pieces of architecture in the history of Japanese residential architecture.
