Furthermore, a special event commemorating the 20th anniversary will be held in November. The concept of the food has also been changed to one based on the theme of “grilling.” “The sound of charcoal, the flames of firewood, and the lingering aroma of a fragrant aroma.” Focusing on the most primitive yet expressive element of fire, we refine high-quality, unique ingredients from all over Japan and elevate them into sophisticated dishes worthy of the Marunouchi district of Tokyo. We hope you will enjoy this new resonance, which evolves as the city, its people, its ingredients, and its cuisine resonate with each other. The front of the store has been renovated and a new “wine stand” has been installed!

In this new area, customers can enjoy a variety of drinks, including wine, along with a selection of small dishes. The glass entrance door has been removed and the furniture has been updated, creating a more open atmosphere. It’s now ideal for after-work get-togethers or meetings. Meanwhile, the back space remains the restaurant area, as before. Guests can enjoy course meals and authentic cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Now celebrating its 20th anniversary, Resonance welcomes customers to a wider variety of occasions than ever before. We’re holding two 20th anniversary events! To celebrate our 20th
