installment in this series, “TOKYO,” reconstructs historic gigs from a contemporary perspective, was designed by collage artist Kosuke Kawamura. It vividly visualizes the impulse of the 1994 Shibuya gig. Additionally, a series of collages created by Kawamura using the Oasis logo will also be exhibited at the venue. These original pieces, “from Tokyo,” resonate with the poster series and can be enjoyed. In addition to being held at this exhibition, we will also be specially exhibiting and selling new, unique figurines of Noel and Liam Gallagher by sculptor NaO. The “Oasis Historic Gig Art Poster” and NaO’s “Noel & Liam” figurines (unique/edition) will be available for purchase at the venue as well as in limited quantities from today on the New Gallery online store.

Experience the history of Oasis from their origins in 1994 to their current state in 2025, where videos, posters, collages, and figurines intertwine. Screen contents Oasis: 1994.09.14 SHIBUYA CLUB QUATTRO Filmed by Space Shower TV Directed by Masaki Ohkita Overview: On September 14th, just six days after the Japanese release of their debut album, “Definitely Maybe” (September 8, 1994), Oasis performed their first live concert in Japan at Shibuya Club Quattro, at the invitation of Smash Corporation. Tickets for their surprise Japan tour, which went on sale less than a week ago, sold out instantly, creating a swirl of excitement and the thrill of being in Japan for the first time. As the first night of their subsequent shows at Quattro in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka, it became a legendary performance that marked the beginning of the band’s global rise. What is the “Oasis Historic Gig Art Poster”? The “Oasis Historic Gig Art Poster” is an official art series that reconstructs historic Oasis gigs from a contemporary perspective. This exhibition will feature carefully selected performances that represent the band’s history, timed to coincide with their return to Japan (tours) 30 years later. The November 1995 performance at London’s Earl’s Court marks their arrival on the big stage, from a small venue; the October 1995 performance at New York’s Rosland Ballroom captures the energy of the band just before their global breakthrough following “(What’s The Story) Morning Glory?”; and the 1994 performance in Shibuya, Tokyo, immediately following their Japanese debut, capturing the impulse of their origins. These performances will be visualized using contemporary graphics. “Oasis Film & Posters 1994/2025” Items available ・Oasis Historic Gig Art Poster Earls Court Tour ’95 ¥8,800 ・Oasis Historic Gig Art Poster Roseland Ballroom NYC Tour ’95 ¥8,800 ・Oasis Historic Gig Art Poster SHIBUYA CLUB QUATTRO ’94 ¥8,800 ・Oasis – Noel and Liam [Silver] *Unique ¥550,000 Total length: Approximately 25cm / Set of 2 / Unique piece ・Oasis – Noel and Liam [Silver / Black] *Edition 50 (each color) ¥66,000 Total length Approximately 19cm / Set of 2 / Available in 2 colors / Edition of 50 sets per color / Expected delivery around May 2026 *All prices include tax Event overview 『Oasis Film & Posters 1994/2025』 Dates: Friday, October 17, 2025 – Sunday, October 26, 2025 *Open every day during the exhibition period Opening Hours: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM (last entry 7:30 PM) *11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (last entry 7:30 PM) on October 25th and 26th only Venue: New Gallery (1F, mirio Jimbocho, 1-28-1 Kanda Jimbocho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) Access: 3-minute walk from Exit A5 of Jimbocho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line, Toei Shinjuku Line, or Mita Line Organizer: New Gallery URL: https://newgallery-tokyo.com/oasisfilmposter Oasis Biography
