After graduating from university, he worked as an IT engineer at IBM, where he worked multiple nights, and then at GE, where he was responsible for global marketing transformation. After losing his job due to the Lehman Shock, he became a professor at a national university at the age of 43. Since then, he has lectured at over 16 universities, from Columbia Business School to public, private, arts, and welfare institutions, implementing education incorporating the OECD Education 2030. Currently, he runs the Tsuruoka Shinkin Bank “Young Managers’ School,” is involved in entrepreneur training, human resources, and management consulting, and supports companies and managers as an executive coach and career consultant.
