However, many of us probably have few fond memories of our principal. I personally don’t have many special experiences, but I still remember casual
conversations during recess. The principal’s leadership and way of thinking greatly influence the atmosphere of the entire school. Depending on how the principal interacts with students, a school can become a warm and welcoming place or a strict one. That’s why it’s so important to think about what kind of principal will make everyone happy and create a good school. Today, we discussed this question. The audience was particularly excited when I told them about my favorite tree! Furthermore, I have the rare opportunity to use my special skill, calligraphy, to write the school motto for the elementary school that is scheduled to open in 10 years’ time with a brush pen. And guest Sazuka expressed the school’s most important motto, which serves as the school’s
philosophy, in calligraphy. This was perhaps a special week, as we were able to simultaneously touch on the core aspects of running an elementary school.
