This year, the winner of the “SKY Perfect! Dramatic Walk-Off Award Annual Grand Prize” (sponsored by SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “the Award”), established by the Central and Pacific Leagues, will once again be decided by fan voting. While retaining the original purpose of “honoring the player who hit the most impactful and dramatic walk-off hit,” by incorporating fan voting, we aim to create the Award together with fans and make it more approachable. This award is presented to the player (one player from each of the Central and Pacific Leagues) who hit the most impactful walk-off hit or other home run during the regular season. This award, which honors the walk-off hit, an iconic play in baseball, a sport where “you never know what’s going to happen until the final pitch,” was established in 2009 with the support of SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation, and this season marks its 17th year. Both winning players will receive an original trophy and a prize of 2 million yen. 【Fan Voting Overview】 ■About the Annual Grand Prize Candidates The eligible players will be the winners of this season’s monthly “SKY PerfecTV! Sayonara Award,” and from among those, one player from each of the Central and Pacific Leagues who receives the most votes in fan voting will be awarded the annual grand prize. ■Voting period October 22, 2025 (Wednesday) 13:00 to November 3, 2025 (Monday/Holiday) 23:59 ■How to Vote Voting will be conducted online and on X (formerly Twitter).
