Marumiya, makers of “Oshiro Natto” and “Oshiro Tofu,” will be holding a 70th anniversary celebration. Marumiya Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagomi-cho, Tamana-gun, Kumamoto Prefecture; Representative: Azuma Ken), a natto and tofu manufacturer well-known for its “Castle Natto” and “Castle Tofu,” will celebrate its 70th anniversary on March 13, 2026. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our many customers, business partners, and all those involved for their support and patronage over the past 70 years.

Representative Director and President Ken Azuma, who will be retiring next year, and Executive Vice President Tetsuhei Azuma, who will be the next president, as well as a special lecture. For the special lecture, we will be inviting Kimiyasu Kudo, former manager of the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, to give a speech. Mr. Kudo has a deep interest in food and agriculture, and this lecture was made possible thanks to a connection made by Agricultural Master Nagomi Azuma Tetsuhei (Marumiya Vice President) through soybean planting in Minamiaso. In addition to screening a video looking back on the company’s history, the celebration will also feature a surprise event.
