(Headquarters: Tachikawa City, Tokyo / Representative Director: Masamichi Murayama), The food-focused market event “GREEN GROWN MARCHE! Autumn Harvest Festival” will be held at SPRINGS from Saturday, November 22nd to Monday, November 24th, 2025 (national holiday). This event is a continuation of the food-focused market “GREEN GROWN MARCHE!,” held every Tuesday at our facility. As an expanded version of the “Food Market,” the event will feature a market (up to 21 vendors planned) focusing on food, including vegetables, fruits, seeds, processed goods (baked goods, seasonings, coffee), and bread, as well as food trucks, live talks, free live performances (6 artists in total), and workshops.

Venue: GREEN SPRINGS 2F Organizer: Tachihi Strategy Lab, Inc. Planned and Organized by: Tokyo Western Vegetable Research Association *Details about exhibitors will be announced on social media. [Recommended points] A gathering of unique and discerning craftspeople! In addition to the vendors participating every day, a variety of shops will appear on a rotating schedule. There will be booths showcasing farms and processed goods that will give you a glimpse into the roots of food, including the Tokyo Western Vegetable Research Association, which grows Western vegetables in Tokyo, and Sweet Potato Farm Kitchen. Popular vendors like Brooklyn Ribbon Fries and Pure Pepper & Sennin Spice will also be on hand. A lineup of wine, tea, fermented foods, chocolate, dried flowers, and caricatures will be available to enrich your daily necessities. In addition, up to eight food trucks will be present over the three days. Enjoying the food on your way around the event is also part of the fun, with items like lasagna making its first appearance and mackerel sandwiches, a staple at events. The stores change every day, so you’ll always find something new no matter how many times you visit.
