interfm (Tokyo: 89.7MHz, Yokohama: 76.5 MHz) will broadcast a special program titled “Squash Japan Open 2025” from 2:00 PM on Friday, October 24, 2025, featuring the live recording of the recently held “Squash Japan Open 2025.” The program will be broadcast under the title “2025: Let’s Talk Casually About the Future of Squash in Japan.” Squash will become an official sport at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. To help build excitement for the tournament, which will be Japan’s first international tournament in 23 years, former Japanese table tennis player Jun Mizutani, former Hinatazaka46 member and actor Mirei Sasaki, and the rising star boy band LIL LEAGUE, affiliated with LDH, appeared in a public recording on a special stage at the venue during the tournament.
