Victor Entertainment Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Akira Ono) will be launching the “VEG We have launched an in-house study group for Group staff, titled “VEG Workshop,” with the aim of improving their skills and expanding their knowledge. To date, we have invited lecturers from a variety of fields to hold workshops on topics such as social media strategy,
intellectual property strategy, and copywriting. At the “VEG Workshop 2025,” held in October, a staff member from our Legal Department served as lecturer and provided an easy-to-understand explanation of how to write approval documents, under the theme “How to Write Approval Documents: Key Points for Creating Approval Documents from the ‘Most Squeezing Person.'” More than 150 staff members participated in this workshop, which was held in an internal conference room and online.

understanding. Furthermore, the workshop introduced “good and bad writing practices” that apply not only to approval documents but also to business documents in general. The content was useful not only for staff who write approval documents, but also for staff who are responsible for reviewing approvals. It also provided an opportunity for junior staff to learn tips for creating business documents. After the workshop, participants shared their thoughts, saying things like, “It was a familiar topic, and there were many tips I can use starting tomorrow. I learned a lot,” “The examples were easy to understand, and the content was immediately applicable to my work,” and “By
participating in the workshop, I think the level of understanding among all staff working here will be uniform, and work will become more efficient.” We will continue to provide opportunities for our staff to improve their business skills.
