On the 27th, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries published its annual report, “SUSTAINABILITY DATABOOK 2025,” which contains non-financial information that shows the Group’s relationship with the environment and society. This report comprehensively presents the progress of our Group’s sustainability management strategy, which aims to achieve both social and corporate sustainability, divided into four sections: sustainability management, environment, society, and governance, and discloses detailed performance data. This 2025 edition expands on our circular economy (Note 1) initiatives and includes new information on the certification of the “Wadaoki Forest” site, created on the premises of our Mihara Plant (Hiroshima Prefecture), as a
nature-friendly site, and a health management strategy map aimed at promoting employee health and well-being (Note 2). MHI publishes the “Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Group Integrated Report,” which presents financial information such as management strategy and performance in an integrated manner, as well as non-financial information that shows the relationship between the Group and the environment and society. The “SUSTAINABILITY DATABOOK,” when read in conjunction with the “MHI REPORT,” allows readers to understand the Group’s management strategy and sustainability initiatives. In recent years, companies have been required to manage their businesses with an awareness of global sustainability. The Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Group will continue to respond sincerely to issues surrounding society and communicate its efforts in an easy-to-understand manner to a wide range of
