(hereinafter “the Company”, headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Naoto Miyamoto) has begun distributing manga works by six popular creators, including official bloggers from “livedoor Blog”, operated by the Company, on “Piccoma”, an electronic manga and novel service operated by Kakao Piccoma Inc. (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Jae-Ryong Kim), as the second installment of its creator support project “livedoor Creators Studio”.

Up until now, our company has widely disseminated creators’ content through multiple platforms, including “Livedoor Blog,” social media, books, events, and merchandise. We view digital comics as an important form of content that can reach a wider audience, and will begin distributing our works on Piccoma, a digital comic platform used by many users. By providing creators active on Livedoor Blog with a new platform to present their works, we aim to broaden the scope of their activities and create opportunities to attract more fans. This stream will feature a wide variety of works across genres, including comic essays that resonate with readers on everyday life, which are particularly popular on the Livedoor Official Blog, refreshing serials, and moving stories based on real experiences.
