Over 1,000 items from all 11 seasons of “The Walking Dead,” “Fear the Walking Dead,” “The Walking Dead: Dead City,” and “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon” are up for sale. Heritage Auctions (headquarters: Texas, USA) will be holding “The Walking Dead Universe Auction” in collaboration with AMC Networks on Friday, October 31st and Saturday, November 1st, 2025. This auction will feature over 1,000 items, ranging from all 11 seasons of the hit TV series “The Walking Dead” to spin-offs such as “Fear the Walking Dead,” “The Walking Dead: Dead City,” and “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon.”

It first appeared when Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and his fellow survivors encountered a deer being eaten by walkers after Daryl had tracked it for miles with the crossbow, and the weapon remained with Daryl thereafter. Throughout The Walking Dead series, Lucille served as Negan’s (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) deadly and iconic weapon, from his debut in Season 6 through Season 10, where the original Lucille was finally shattered. In Season 2, Episode 1 of The Walking Dead: Dead City, “Power Equals Power,” Negan wields a revived version of the iconic bat. Lucille is wielded by Croato (Zeljko Ivanek). It is equipped with a hidden button and uses methane gas as a power source to emit electric shocks. Negan has used this version of “Lucille” throughout the seasons since its first appearance. The frame and both sides of the gas tank are adorned with distinctive
skull-and-crossbones markings and decals resembling the Nazi SS lightning bolt. This iconic bike, featured throughout the first three seasons, first appeared in Episode 1 of Season 1 as a survivor camp essential.
