Mr. Izawa I’m always in good condition… Well, when I’m on stage, I always wake up two or three hours before my performance time and practice my voice while soaking in the bathtub. Once I’m in the theater, I also practice my voice and stretch.

Also, my skin is especially prone to irritation during this period, so I use face masks… I also drink VITAS EAA (Mango) when I wake up! Please let me know if you have any recommended exercises, such as muscle training or stretches that I can do at home. Mr. Izawa Extend your arms forward and stretch your sides. This works the latissimus dorsi. Also, I have stiffness in the back of my thighs, so I focus on that area. It feels like I’m loosening up my iliopsoas muscle.
Matsubara-san Floor push-ups… Oh, push-ups. I also do pull-ups whenever I can find a place to hang. It also stretches my back.

Mr. Izawa To prevent a sudden rise in blood sugar, I try to start my meal with soup or something similar. Also, I love vegetables the most, so I always include them in my diet no matter what I eat. I also pay close attention to where they’re grown. Mr. Matsubara I feel like I tend to lack protein, so I sometimes eat rice with raw egg on top, using four eggs (lol) TKSG (rice with too much raw egg on top). What made you start taking supplements and protein? Mr. Izawa I used to drink VITAS protein when I went to the gym. I kept drinking it because I thought it was delicious, but after becoming an ambassador, I started drinking it on a daily basis. I like the chocolate and Fukuoka Amaou flavors, so I drank them.

Now that I’m a VITAS ambassador, I’ve been drinking “VITA POWER” every day, and I feel like I’m getting nutrients that I wasn’t getting before. I especially drink it before performances to give myself energy! What was your impression after drinking (using) VITAS products? Mr. Izawa People who work out drink protein on a daily basis, right? With VITAS, you don’t feel like you have to drink it, you feel like you want to. It goes down smoothly and doesn’t clump, and it feels like drinking juice. That’s something you don’t get with other proteins. Also, the shaker is great! I like that the bottom is rounded so liquid doesn’t collect. Matsubara-san Simply put, it tastes delicious! Some people like the sweetness of fruit but not chocolate, but there are so many varieties that I’m sure there’s a flavor that suits you. I also like that they’re not powdery. Mr. Izawa I drink EAAs during my workouts at the gym and protein afterward. I also drink EAAs during performances, and before they start, I drink Amino 4! It’s amazing. Everyone drinks it. Matsubara-san I take EAA first thing in the morning, and then drink protein about 20 minutes after I’ve been working out!

Mr. Izawa Right now, I recommend peach! I also like blueberry yogurt and mango. Mr. Matsubara Kiwi and blueberry yogurt! It’s even more delicious if you make it with milk for a change! I also mix it with EAA to create my own original flavors.

Mr. Izawa Their acrobatics are just amazing. The bouncing and flying really gets the audience excited. They excite the audience, and even though I’m younger than them, I think, “Wow, that’s amazing.” Matsubara-san I thought, “Wow!” when I saw your acting, of course, but also your dancing. I’m not good at dancing, and I don’t think my eyes are very discerning yet, but they were by far the most amazing. They were so versatile and cool.

kickboxing, so I’ll keep working hard. It might be difficult to compete in matches, but I’d like to continue to some extent in order to build my physique. Health-wise, it’s something I want to be careful about. I’ve decided to avoid eating oily foods like kalbi (short ribs) (lol). If I eat ramen, my body feels incredibly heavy the next day. I want to be careful not to get too carried away. Matsubara-san When I first started going to the gym, I could only bench press 70kg. So, I’m working hard to aim for a 100kg bench press by next year!
