Metsä Village (Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture), a Nordic lifestyle experience facility operated by Metsä Inc. (CEO: Kiyoshi Mochizuki), is pleased to announce the release of information about a new exhibition at the contemporary art museum HYPER MUSEUM HANNO (Director: Shigeo Goto) and the start of online ticket sales. Takakura Kazuki Exhibition “Characters are Words” Hyper Museum Hanno’s third exhibition features Takakura Kazuki, a highly anticipated artist who blends the digital and real worlds. His characters, including demons, kappa, the zodiac signs, Buddhist Shinto, and monster transformations, will be gathered both inside and outside the exhibition space to create contemporary art pieces with their own story. A PC will be set up in the venue, allowing visitors to play the game. In addition, a giant guardian deity, “Hyperman,” approximately 4 meters tall, will be enshrined in the center of the venue. A sacred place for games and festivals will emerge amid the rich natural surroundings of the forest and lake.
