We’ve teamed up with the Tamagawa Riverside Resort (5-17-3, Tamagawa River, Representative Director: Kazushige Niizuma) to offer a “Parent-Family Winter Stargazing Stay” starting Saturday, January 17, 2026. This plan builds on the popular “Parent-Family Summer Stargazing Experience Stay” from the summer, adding a new layer of charm to the crisp winter night sky. The shores of Lake Tama, where Kikusuitei is located, offer a prime location for observing the starry skies that are difficult to see in the city. Winter is especially favorable for observing beautiful constellations, such as Orion and the Winter Diamond, which shine particularly brightly in the night sky. A total lunar eclipse is scheduled for March 3, 2026, during the stay, providing a valuable experience that will foster intellectual curiosity about celestial bodies. This winter plan features ingenious features to make stargazing even more comfortable and memorable. After enjoying the night sky, guests can retreat to one of two exclusive Tama Lake View Japanese-style rooms with a kotatsu table, where they can warm up and spend a relaxing time chatting with their children.
