Tokyo Comic Convention Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Takehiko Goto) has announced the participants and stage information for the Artist Alley at Tokyo Comic Convention 2025 (hereinafter “Tokyo Comic Con 2025”), which will be held from Friday, December 5th to Sunday, December 7th, 2025. ★A huge gathering of artists active at Marvel Comics and DC Comics! 177 artists are participating, the largest number ever! Artist Alley is an area where independent manga artists, animators, and artists exhibit their work. It’s a highly popular corner unique to Comic-Con, where artists and creators active in American comics such as Marvel Comics and DC Comics also participate every year. In addition to exhibiting works, artists will be creating illustrations for fans in “commissions” and selling their works. The Artist Alley booth has been gaining more and more fans and presence in Japan every year. This year, the number of exhibitors surpassed last year’s record, bringing together a record 177 exhibitors, the highest number ever in Tokyo Comic Con history! This year, Tokyo Comic Con regulars C.B. Cebulski, editor-in-chief of Marvel Comics, and his counterpart Jim Lee, co-publisher and CCO (Chief Creative Officer) of DC Comics, will be participating for the first time. In addition, Frank Miller, a master of American comics and graphic novels who also directed the film “Sin City,” as well as the “Batman: The Dark Knight Returns” series and “300,” will be participating for the first time! Other attendees include Bob Layton, who has had a major influence on MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) characters such as Iron Man and Ant-Man; Jim Starlin, known as the creator of Thanos, the “Mad Titan,” the greatest enemy in the Avengers films; and Humberto Ramos, the Mexican creator famous for “The Amazing Spider-Man.”

The Comic Con-sponsored dance stage, which debuted at last year’s “Tokyo Comic Con 2024” and was a huge hit at the following “Osaka Comic Con 2025,” was also a huge hit.
