We are pleased to announce that the “Paintings You Should Not Look At” exhibition will be held at the special venue on the 6th floor of Tokyu Plaza Ginza from Friday, November 28th to Sunday, December 28th, 2025. This exhibition features a number of paintings that are considered “not to be viewed” for various reasons, including paintings whose “eyes” are forbidden to be looked at directly and paintings whose true meanings should not be known. Viewers view at their own risk. (Note: The contents of this exhibition may not be entirely true.) The production team is a collaboration between the creators of the “Those Who Can See Can See” exhibition, which has attracted a total of approximately 40,000 visitors, and NOTHING NEW, the film label behind popular horror films such as the short story collection “NN4444” and the novella “X-Type” (directed by Kondo Ryota). Continuing from the “Visible to Those Who Can See” exhibition, Sequence Hayatomo, a clairvoyant entertainer with 493,000 subscribers on YouTube (as of October 2013), and Miyoshi, a generations-old psychic who runs a counseling salon using clairvoyance and spiritual vision, will continue to supervise the paintings used in the exhibition, providing an unprecedented viewing experience. There are paintings in this world that should not be viewed. They have been kept secret by a certain collector.
