These efforts were recognized, and the company was recognized as a crime prevention organization at the “Yokohama City Crime Prevention Association Federation Crime Prevention Merit Awards Ceremony” held at Yokohama City Hall on October 28, 2025. It’scom concluded a “Community Safety Agreement” with Aoba Police Station (Aoba Ward, Yokohama) in May of this year and with Midori Police Station (Midori Ward, Yokohama) in August. Through broadcasts on the It’scom Channel*, we disseminate information on crime prevention and other topics, and report on and broadcast crime prevention and traffic safety events held by each police station. In addition, our sales and support staff distribute crime prevention information leaflets provided by the police when visiting customers’ homes, promoting awareness-raising activities. Encouraged by this award, It’scom will continue to contribute to the safety and security of the community as a company providing communications and broadcasting infrastructure. ■Specific Activities (1) When It’sCom’s sales and support staff visit customers’ homes, they distribute and warn them about various crime prevention measures, including special frauds, provided by the police. (2) Protect and watch over children to ensure their safety using company vehicles affixed with “Children’s Emergency Car” stickers. (3) Public relations activities and information dissemination on the It’sCom Channel to raise awareness of crime prevention and traffic safety (such as introducing cases featuring police officers). (4) Coverage and information dissemination on the It’sCom Channel about police activities (such as crime prevention campaigns and booths at neighborhood events). *It’scom’s community channel. Community channels are independent broadcasting channels run by cable TV stations using terrestrial digital broadcasting bands to transmit local information for their service areas.
