The Suminoe Art Beat Executive Committee will hold “Suminoe Art Beat 2025” on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the former Namura Shipyard site, a Heritage Site of Industrial Modernization. This year, the venue will expand to Kita-Kagaya Park in addition to the former Namura Shipyard Osaka Factory site. There will also be numerous simultaneous events, allowing the entire town of Kita-Kagaya to enjoy the event. We’ll be welcoming you with a plethora of activities to enjoy both your body and mind, including the 9.5-meter-tall “Rubber Duck” artwork, the landmark of the event, the Minna no Uen Festival Marche, where you can enjoy food, agriculture, and art, an interactive art exhibition, and a stamp rally around the town of Kita-Kagaya.
