Press Release: October 30, 2025 Announcement regarding the appointment of Takeki Mitome, a member of the social experiment community “DICT,” as an advisor to the International Pre-disease Medical Center at Shonan Kamakura General Hospital, Tokushukai Medical Corporation. SoundBrain Co., Ltd., a corporation established in March 2025 by “DICT” (operated by Link & Innovation Co., Ltd.), a social experiment community for co-creation innovation through Web 3.0/DAO, based at DICT CUBE TOKYO in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, is a joint venture between Tokushukai Medical Corporation and DICT. We are pleased to announce that we have signed an advisory agreement with Shonan Kamakura General Hospital. DICT member and SoundBrain Inc. director Takeki Mitome will serve as an advisor to the hospital’s International Pre-Disease Medical Center, effective October 1, 2025. He has also been appointed as a researcher in the Department of General Basic Medical Sciences at the Shonan Institute of Advanced Medical Science, the hospital’s research facility located within Shonan Health Innovation Park.

■The International Pre-disease Medical Center plays a central role in Kanagawa Prefecture’s efforts to improve pre-disease conditions The International Pre-disease Medical Center (IMCE), with Takeki Mitome appointed as an advisor, was established in November 2024 as one of Kanagawa Prefecture’s bases for improving pre-disease conditions under its Healthcare New Frontier Policy, with the aim of providing health support to local residents on a wider scale. The center also incorporates music therapy, and Mitsutome, who is conducting research in this field as a researcher at the Tohoku University Institute of Development, Aging and Cancer, is expected to expand the target population, reexamine the nature of music therapy to suit modern society, and conduct clinical research to obtain more reliable evidence. ■Shonan Institute of Advanced Medical Science and Clinical Research Center, conducting research with an eye to the near future The Shonan Kamakura General Hospital Clinical Research Center was established with the aim of promoting research and development of new diagnostic and therapeutic methods by integrating various research stages across a wide range of fields, from basic research on intractable diseases, including cancer, and regenerative medicine to translational and clinical research. It was designated a research institute by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology on May 12, 2015, and the Shonan Institute for Advanced Medical Science began operations as its basic research division in April 2021. The center and institute aim to conduct research that is truly useful to patients, rather than “research for research’s sake.” They conduct research with an eye toward the near future, approximately five years into the future, rather than 20 to 30 years into the future. The institute is located within Shonan Health Innovation Park, one of Japan’s largest science parks specializing in life sciences, and is located close to Shonan Kamakura General Hospital. In addition, a piano solo piece, scheduled for release that month by DICT Records, a music label developed by DICT, will be performed by pianist Arisa Kobayashi, who is affiliated with DICT Agency. At the event, we plan to conduct psychological testing for those who wish to
