To ensure reliable delivery to customers who wish to purchase, we will be holding a second lottery pre-order sale. Thank you for all the pre-orders for the first lottery pre-order sale of “Bam and Kero Plushies” held in January 2025. We will soon complete the shipping of the first batch of pre-orders. We are still unable to deliver to all of our fans. To ensure delivery to all customers who want it, we will be holding a second lottery and pre-order sales. The lottery is intended to determine the shipping order among pre-orderers. Customers who pre-order during the applicable period will receive their items as soon as they are ready. It is not a first-come, first-served order, so we would appreciate it if you could place your order at a time that is convenient for you during the period. However, the delivery date has not yet been determined, and we are unable to provide a specific date and time. The manufacturer will continue to produce these products, but because each item is handcrafted, the number that can be produced at one time is limited. Please note that it may take some time for delivery. ●Pre-order Period November 6, 2025 (Thursday) 11:00 AM – November 16, 2025 (Sunday) 11:59 PM ●About the lottery A lottery will be held among pre-orderers to determine the shipping order. – If 1,000 people make reservations and there are 300 units in stock, those 300 will be allocated and shipped to the winners. – For the 700 people who did not win the lottery, a new lottery will be held and items will be shipped from the next shipment. – The lottery will be repeated until all pre-orders have been shipped. – If you are not selected in the lottery, you will be automatically entered in the next lottery, so there is no need to apply for a reservation again.
