Guiano will release his third album, “The Sky,” on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. This will be his first full-length album release in five years. In addition, they announced that the Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka tour starting next February will be an album tour for “The Sky,” and have also released the tour’s key visuals. ■First full album in 5 years, “The Sky,” containing 15 songs Guiano’s third original album, “The Sky,” arrives five years after his release. Since his previous album, “A” (2021), Guiano has expanded his scope of activities as both an artist and a composer, providing songs and collaborating with numerous artists. In addition, he has been actively performing live shows since last year, and both of his two solo shows held this year in 2025 were sold out. Those five years of experience and growth have borne fruit in the musical and philosophical depth of this work. The theme of this work is “sky.” Based on the Buddhist concept of “emptiness” — the idea that all things are inherently meaningless and formless, simply existing — Guiano pursued “the beauty that lies between the meaningless and the non-meaningless.” This work captures, in the form of music, the “beauty of existence” that lies beyond the bounds of meaning. The album contains 15 tracks, including previously released tracks “Nehan” and “Aozora, Mirror,” as well as “I Am a Canvas feat. Shiho,” featuring Shiho. The album also includes a collection of short stories, “The Artist’s Journey,” inspired by the same theme. Words and sounds resonate with each other, weaving together the poetic question of “painting = living.” And starting in February 2026, he will embark on his first nationwide solo tour, “Guiano Tour 2026 -The Sky-.” He will tour Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya, embodying the world of the album through sound and words. “The Sky” is the philosophy and conclusion Guiano has reached over the past five years, and also a prayer for living in the present.
