Press Release: October 31, 2025 63rd “Sendenkaigi Awards” – Total number of entries in the general category: 564,909 The winners of the first round of screening will be announced in the magazine on December 27th. Submissions for the 63rd “Sendenkaigi Awards,” Japan’s largest open advertising awards program, sponsored by Sendenkaigi Inc. (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), closed on October 7th. A total of 564,909 entries were submitted in the general category. The “Sendenkaigi Awards,” sponsored by the monthly magazine “Sendenkaigi,” are open to submissions of advertising ideas in the form of catchphrases or storyboards. This year, the 63rd year of the awards, 30 companies in the general category and 15 companies in the junior and senior high school category sponsored the program, and submissions were accepted from August 1st to October 7th. The total number of entries in the general category was 564,909. The breakdown is as follows: Catchphrases: 558,089 points Video Ads: 2,731 points Audio Ads: 4,089 points *The middle and high school division entries are currently being tallied.
