NPO Ecological Society Press Release: October 31, 2025 The solution to the current labor shortage is the “Kansai Startup Report No. 24,” to be published at the end of October 2025. Get to know the reality of Kansai startups! The theme of Issue 24 is “Today’s labor shortage: how to solve it,” and it examines the current situation of labor shortages in startups and industry and possible solutions. Teikokai, a nonprofit organization located in Kita-ku, Osaka City; Chairman: Allen Minor, will publish the “Kansai Startup Report No. 24,” focusing on Kansai startups, at the end of October 2025. This issue presents data on the worsening labor shortage and introduces startups working to solve it. We also conduct exclusive interviews with key figures from Forjo Half Co., Ltd. (a social insurance labor consultant) and Maguchi Group Co., Ltd. (a
comprehensive logistics company headquartered in Osaka). We also cover and introduce notable startups in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, and other areas.
