The drama “Final Rondo” is a human drama about Torikai Itsuki (Kusanagi Tsuyoshi), a single father who has lost his wife and works as an estate organizer, supporting the bereaved family through the sorting process and conveying the “final voice” of the deceased. The story unravels the true feelings contained within the belongings, but it also depicts the heartbreaking yet warm adult romance between Torikai and Mikuriya Makoto (Nakamura Yuri), a picture book author living in a loveless marriage. The picture book “Blue in the Wind,” which appears as an important key item in the play, is a work by picture book author Makoto Mikuriya (Yuri Nakamura).
