Animate Co., Ltd. will be grand opening its fourth store in Taiwan, “Animate Ximen Station POPUP SHOP,” on December 1, 2025, following stores in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. Animate is a specialty store for anime, comics, and games with 124 stores across Japan, and also operates stores in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Los Angeles, and other locations. The Animate Ximen Station Pop-Up Shop will be located in Taipei’s Ximen Underground Mall. Ximen Underground Mall is a one-minute walk from Animate Taipei and directly connected to MRT Ximen Station, and will be reborn as a new commercial facility. Unlike traditional Animate stores, the “Animate Ximen Station POPUP SHOP” is a store centered around POPUPs. Each month, we will be showcasing a different POPUP. Additionally, “Animate Gratte Ximen Station” will also be located on the premises, where Gratte plans to offer icing cookies and drinks featuring a variety of works.
