A new beacon of hope is shining in Japanese society, where isolation, apathy, and suicide among young people are on the rise, creating a “psychological hibernation.” Asobirudo Co., Ltd.
(Tokyo/Representative: Takeshi Umemura) will hold the “Japan Support Festival 2025 – The Opening of the Rock Cave of the Future,” an immersive mythological festival in Shibuya on Monday, December 8, 2025. All participants will become “gods” and become involved in the story. Yukari Akakai, an actress who performs the Kojiki around the world, will appear as a modern-day “depressed Amaterasu” and attempt to open the “rock door of the heart” through the performers’ singing, acting, rakugo, and sumo, as well as the participants’ interactions. ◼️Introduction movie ▶︎https:// ■Japan Support Festival ~Opening the Rock Door of the Future~ A New Form of Education and Entertainment In modern Japan, there are 1.46 million hikikomori (social recluses), and the youth suicide rate is among the highest in developed countries. It feels as though the country’s innate potential is dormant. Why has this happened? How can we break out of this stagnation? In this era in which the number of people feeling “difficult to live” is rapidly increasing, we are holding this event with the hope of sharing the realization that “you can be someone’s light” through the power of entertainment. This event is based on the “Ama-no-Iwato Opening Myth” from the Kojiki, which tells the story of opening up the future with a spirit of enjoyment and playfulness. It is an experiential performance in which 100 audience members act as “eight million gods” and cheer each other on. The modern-day Amaterasu (Akai Yukari), who has closed her heart, will be saved through the power of song, laughter, and prayers from the performers and participants. There will be no audience seats. Everyone will sit on the “sacred throne” and participate as “stakeholders” who move the story forward.

We live in the continuation of that aspiration. We take up the baton of history and bravely take flight to open the door to the future.

Everyday conflicts. It is because of love that people rejoice, experience pain, and grow. Japan, our global family, is made up of such people. Even today, somewhere, there are people overflowing with love. Through traditional Japanese performing arts like “nagashi,” “rakugo,” and “sumo,” experience the miracle of love that has lived in Japan since ancient times.

Let’s join forces, each and every god (us) of the modern era, and rise together to open the door to a bright future for Japan! Performers appearing in “Kushimitama”

The program combines different genres—song, rakugo, sumo stories, and theater—to create a “soul retreat” that liberates the audience’s emotions. ■December 8th = A prayer for “Awakening Day” The event will be held on the anniversary of John Lennon’s death, the anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, and the “Shodo-e” ceremony, the day Buddha attained enlightenment. This year, it also coincides with the “Ichi-Gō-Manbai-bi,”
“Kami-kichi-bi,” and “Ten-on-bi,” making it a “miracle day.” To make this day “a day when the soul of the Japanese people is reawakened,” we will revive the “Opening of the Heavenly Rock Cave” story from the Kojiki, a 1,300-year-old myth, as a “story of the heart” for us living in the modern age.

From rock bottom with an E grade, he discovered Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich” and was accepted into the University of Tokyo. He learned that the power of teamwork is important to making dreams come true. He joined the Napoleon Hill Foundation and, despite having no sales experience, achieved personal sales of 1 billion yen and won the Best Manager Award. However, he faced a management challenge. After leaving the company, I encountered Game Achieves in Malaysia, a cooperative game with no winners or losers, and fell in love with its spirit. My dream is a global family. I am working to realize a society where people share joy. His book “Building a Successful Team Through Play” (Sanno University Publishing) ranked first in the monthly rankings at Kinokuniya Bookstore, and his AI manga “Relationships, Romance, and Sales: All Work Out with a Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter Strategy” (Trend Publishing) ranked first in 17 categories on Amazon. relationships, and organizational development, as well as facilitator training. We are in partnership with Achievus Japan Co., Ltd. The original game, ACHIEVUS, was developed by American inventor Jamie Reiser. It’s a combination of ACHIEVE (achievement) and US (us), and is a game where players work together to achieve something. Based on that game, we’ve created games like “Aun Janken,” “Tsumugi,” and “Life Compass,” which are not about winning or losing, but about loving each other.
