On June 17, 2021, the winery obtained a fruit wine production license from the Kobe Tax Office and began winemaking. The stand area, cafe, and bar opened for business on November 19 of the same year. This marks Felissimo’s first in-house wine production, marking its first venture as a wine manufacturer, following its long-standing involvement in wine imports and mail-order sales. We explore the possibilities of the wine business by sourcing the finest grapes of the season from a variety of growing regions, both domestic and overseas (in the Southern Hemisphere), and aiming to produce wine unconstrained by land, climate, or season. In the “brewing area,” where our winemakers are always present, we use a total of nine tanks, including seven Slovenian-made stainless steel tanks and two resin tanks, and can produce up to approximately 30,000 full 750ml bottles per year. In the stand area cafe and bar, where you can see the brewing area through glass, you can enjoy wine tastings and hors d’oeuvres. We also offer non-alcoholic drinks and a cafe menu. We are looking for individuals and companies who enjoy wine to become “yearly partners” by spreading new wine culture and researching winemaking together. ・Website >> https://feli.jp/s/pr2510312/1/ ・Instagram (@felissimo_fwinery) >>
