commemorate the 30th anniversary of THEE MICHELLE GUN ELEPHANT’s debut, was re-released today on 180g heavyweight vinyl, remastered digitally, and in 96kHz/24bit high-resolution digitally. “Wonder Style” is a five-song mini-album released by THEE MICHELLE GUN ELEPHANT on October 21, 1995, before their major label debut. To commemorate this release, the official YouTube channel has released a new 4K upconverted version of the music video for “Marshmallow Monster,” from “wonder style.” The music video offers a glimpse of the younger members, who made their major debut with “Sekai no Owari” the following year in 1996 and burst onto the Japanese rock scene with unstoppable force, as well as rare footage from the filming of the “wonder style” artwork. In addition, the design details of the “analog storage box,” which will be given as a special prize to purchasers of any of THEE’s nine heavyweight vinyl releases from their 30th album, have been revealed. In addition to the THEE MICHELLE GUN ELEPHANT design on the front that was previously revealed on the special website, new designs for the back and inside of the box have also been released. The back of the box will feature the TMGE skull mark, and the reverse side will feature the covers of nine original albums. In addition, it was revealed that the boxes, which will be limited to 500 sets, will be engraved with serial numbers.
