understanding. Profile Born in 1949. Joined Société de Cuisine (Maxim’s de Paris Co., Ltd.) in 1973. He became manager in 1994 and general manager in 2004, and is responsible for the restaurant division, including the food service division (Au Den-tei, Salon de the Maxim’s), and the confectionery division. He became the general manager of the company’s sales department. He then negotiated with Parisian boulangeries and Paris Maxim’s to form business partnerships, In 2008, he opened a branch of Maxim’s de Paris, Boulanger Dominique Sablon, in Akasaka Sacas. He left Maxim’s de Paris in June 2014. He then founded a food and beverage consulting company, where he was involved in catering, international brand brokerage, intermediation between Japanese restaurants and overseas businesses, and food import and export brokerage.
