A free soft tennis trial session that is easy for beginners and beginners to start even now.
Lifestyles have completely changed, and health management has become difficult even for adults.
The importance of moderate exercise and sports on a daily basis is now being reconsidered in order for children in the growth period, where mental and physical development is remarkable, to develop a strong body and a rich mind.
Among junior high school club activities nationwide, soft tennis has been steadily gaining popularity for many years as a sport that men and women can safely participate in without physical contact. At the ITC Soft Tennis School, in response to many enthusiastic requests from the local community, we are working to enhance the soft tennis program, mainly for upper elementary school students to junior high school students.

The target is junior high school students who want to start a new sport. Taking into account the physique of junior high school students, soft tennis is a sport that anyone can easily start using a racket made light and a soft rubber ball.
This is a hands-on event to let you know the fun of soft tennis, so even if you have little experience of sports, you can get used to it little by little.

・Let’s do a small rally without the net.
・Let’s hit the ball that the coach puts out. Once you get used to it, you can try cross-straight and separate courses.
・Once you get the hang of it, you’ll want to hit more and more. ・Challenge the game format!

The experience session will be divided into beginners (participation from the sixth grade of elementary school) and experienced people. Rackets and shoes will be provided free of charge. Please invite your friends and look forward to your participation.
