At Hotel Continental Fuchu (Location: Fuchu City, Tokyo, General Manager: Yu Ozumi), from November 7th (Monday) to November 30th (Wednesday), you can enjoy various foreign cuisines “World Buffet”. It will be held at the restaurant Tohoku Bokujo.

The “World Buffet” offers dishes from a total of 12 countries, including choucroute, a traditional dish from the Alsace region of France, macarona bechamel, a popular home-cooked dish in Egypt, Tom Yum Goong, and Spanish omelette. The menu includes five dishes requested by international students attending universities in Fuchu City as hometown dishes that they want to eat in Japan. We combined octopus, which is often eaten with couscous in Tunisia, with tomatoes and green soybeans harvested at Tohoku Farm to make a salad.

Tohoku Bokujo, located in Tohoku Town, Aomori Prefecture, uses compost from thoroughbreds produced and raised in-house, and practices recycling-oriented agriculture that does not use any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. At Hotel Continental Fuchu, we serve dishes using vegetables and wild grasses sent directly from the Tohoku ranch, as well as branded eggs “Aotama”.
