We provide consulting sales of FA equipment to clients in the manufacturing industry, and support the automation of client factories. After that, he joined Recruit Co., Ltd., and as a project leader, launched a new business, the
“Comprehensive Center for Business Succession for Owners and Presidents.” As the business manager and group manager of this business, he leads the business, which is an organization of about 25 people. We would like to focus on industry-specific Vertical SaaS business development and growth in the huge market occupied by tacit knowledge. The announcement of Mr. Miki as Arent’s CRO is a big deal for Arent. Arent has an ambitious goal of becoming a keyence in the construction and software industry in the medium to long term.
We chose this goal because of the similarities:
・Keyence is using the niche knowledge of the “manufacturing industry” to solve industry problems using “optical sensors (centered on sensor technology)”
・Arent uses niche knowledge of “construction industry” to solve industry problems using “CAD (3D technology centered on)”
However, in order for Arent to become a strong company like Keyence, it is essential to “establish a Keyence-style sales organization.” In order to achieve this goal, Mr. Miki is convinced that joining is essential.
Mr. Miki is calm, but he is strong-minded and logical, and I personally respect his attitude of enjoying his work. I’m really looking forward to building a new Arent with Miki-san.
