We sympathize with the thoughts contained in the career education program “Job tavi” (planning and operation:, operation supporter: Campanula Co., Ltd.) with the theme of “Let’s go meet working adults!” We welcomed eight high school students from Hakata High School to our office and gave them an interview.

On the day of the event, employees in their 11th year since joining the company as new graduates will be on hand to provide an overview of the company, job details, reasons for taking on the current job, the appeal and motivation of the job, experiences of failure and setbacks after entering the workforce, and preparations for school days. He answered a wide variety of questions, including what to do. Through the innocent question and answer session of the high school students, the employees also got a chance to return to their basics.
