Control Technology Co., Ltd., which provides SaaS systems for local governments, has announced an update to its cloud-based reservation management system “RESERVA for Tax Returns.”
RESERVA is one of the largest SaaS-type reservation management systems in Japan, and is used at over 5,000 events a year, including local government town revitalization events and regional revitalization exhibitions. It is compatible with more than 350 industries, and in recent years it has been introduced at city halls, ward offices, and public facilities, and is also used to accept reservations for My Number card issuance and residence certificate issuance. This time, we have updated “RESERVA for tax return”, which has been well received by tax return venues such as tax offices, to enable smoother reservation acceptance.

Many municipalities and tax offices that have introduced RESERVA for accepting reservations for tax returns have said that the congestion that typically occurs in previous years has been significantly improved and the process has been faster. In preparation for applications for Reiwa 5 (2023), we have upgraded the existing “creation of local government-specific information”, “filtering of reservations”, “creation of calendars for each venue”, and “Zoom collaboration function”. By adding a “file submission function,” it is now possible to receive identification documents (images) in advance.
In addition, RESERVA not only reduces the burden of reservation processing and related administrative work on staff members, but also builds a 24-hour, 365-day online reservation system that is more convenient for local residents.
