1st: Is it perfect for hair concerns?
・No matter how expensive the product is, if it doesn’t suit your hair and skin, it doesn’t matter, so choose the one that suits your hair concerns. (Female in her 30s)
・Because I buy it at a salon, I want to choose a shampoo that will definitely solve my hair problems. (Female in her 40s)
・Because I usually choose something that suits my hair problems. Also, since it is a pharmacy, it is more expensive than what you buy, so you want to expect more effects. (Female in her 50s)

There were many opinions that even if it is expensive, it doesn’t make sense if it doesn’t suit your hair, so a shampoo that can definitely solve your hair problems is better.
2nd Place Hairdresser’s Opinion
・Because I think that the person who knows the quality of my hair the most is the hairdresser, I think that choosing a shampoo based on the advice of the hairdresser is the most reliable and safe (woman in her 50s).
・Because I want to emphasize the professional opinion of a reliable hairdresser, and I can objectively look at my hair and choose the one that suits me best. (Female in her 50s)
・I don’t know much about shampoo, so I think it’s best to get the opinion of a hairdresser who is familiar with shampoo. (Woman in her 20s)
The second place was “opinion of hairdresser”.
There were many opinions that they can trust the professional opinion because they give appropriate advice.
3rd: Are the cleansing ingredients gentle?
・Since young children use the same shampoo as me, I try to choose additive-free and natural shampoos as much as possible. (Female in her 40s)
・Since it may cause itching, we use products made with gentle ingredients as much as possible. We also choose a moist type after washing, emphasizing moisturizing power (woman in her 40s)
・I have a sensitive scalp, and if I use a shampoo that doesn’t suit me, it will hurt and cause breakouts, so I always choose products that are gentle on my scalp. (Woman in her 20s)

Some said that they wanted to use it with their children, and that their skin was weak.

・Since I have long hair, I often feel the scent of my hair directly, so if you don’t like the scent, it’s painful. A soothing fragrance is good. (Female in her 40s)

5th place was “Is cospa good?”
There was an opinion that they want to keep costs down as much as possible, and they can’t continue to use it if the cost performance is not good.
6th: Which manufacturer?
・There are several salon-specific treatment makers that I like, so I worry about which maker I use (female in her 30s).

When we conducted a survey of 200 people, 28.9% of the respondents answered, “Is it perfect for hair problems?”
Also, as the reason for answering, there were many opinions that even if it is expensive, it is meaningless if it does not suit your hair, and it is better to use a shampoo that can surely solve your hair problems.
